(in Phm 1:16)) (οὐκ, ἔτι), an adverb which denies simply, and thus differs from μηκέτι (which see), no longer, no more, no further: Mt 19:6; Mk 10:8: Lk 15:19, Lk 15:21; Jn 4:42; Jn 6:66; Acts 20:25, Acts 20:38; Rom 6:9; Rom 14:15; 2 Cor 5:16; Gal 3:25; Gal 4:7; Eph 2:19; Phm 1:16; Heb 10:18, Heb 10:26, etc.; οὐκέτι ἦλθον, I came not again (R. V. I forebore to come), 2 Cor 1:23. with another neg. particle in order to strengthen the negation: οὐδέ... οὐκέτι, Mt 22:46; οὐκ... οὐκέτι, Acts 8:39; οὐδείς... οὐκέτι, Mk 12:34; Rev 18:11; οὐκέτι... οὐδέν, Mk 7:12; Mk 15:5; Lk 20:40; οὐκέτι... οὐδένα, Mk 9:8; οὐκέτι οὐ μή, Mk 14:25; Lk 22:16 (WH omits; L Tr brackets οὐκέτι); Rev 18:14 (Tr omits); οὐδέ... οὐκέτι οὐδείς, Mk 5:3 L T WH Tr text οὐκέτι is used logically (cf.
