O Lord, the way ahead seems so hard towalk, The way is narrow, and I fear to terad.
But I thank You Lord, that You have already walked the hardest path of all for me--The path to Calvary......
So mow, when I feel weary and disheartened, I think of the cross You bore, and I am strengthened.
When I feel alone and rejected, I think of those who left Your side, and I know Youve been there before me.
When I want to stray, I remember the stripes you bore, Your nail--pierced hands, and I feel my shame.
When I no longer give my best to You, I think of hte blood You shed for me, and I am compelled to carry on.
O Lord, when the way ahead seems so hard to walk, Let me always look towards the cross.
主啊 前路看似如此難行 那般狹窄 我怯於踏出步伐
但我感謝祢 主 因祢已然為我 走過最艱難的一段 那通往髑髏地之路
是故 如今每當我困倦沮喪 便思想祢所背負的十架 而 從新得力
當我覺得孤單受排斥 我想起那些 曾棄祢而去的人 便知祢已先我 嘗此苦味
當我想離正道而遊蕩 祢受的鞭傷 祢被鐵釘刺透的雙手 便浮現腦際 令我自覺羞愧
當我不再將最美好的獻上與祢 我記起祢為我流的寶血 便迫使自己 再接再厲
主啊 雖前路看似如此難行 讓我始終仰賴十字架的帶領
