טֶרֶם ṭerem · H2962 · before, not yet
Both πρίν (prín, G4250) (πρίν, "prior, sooner") and טֶרֶם (ṭerem, H2962) (טֶרֶם, "before, ere, not yet") are temporal adverbs or conjunctions marking anteriority, expressing that one event or state precedes another in time. The Greek πρίν typically introduces a subordinate clause indicating a point before which the main action occurs, while the Hebrew טֶרֶם similarly marks temporal priority or the not-yet-realized state of an event.
