腰带、皮带
圣经中的器物
腰带用来在腰部扎紧长袍（参外衣、外袍、披风、长袍 (outer garment, cloak, mantle, robe)）。腰带通常是用亚麻布做成的（参麻、亚麻、细麻布 (linen)），但圣经也提到皮革做的腰带。这些腰带与现代搭配西服的皮带不完全一样，而是一种很宽的腰带，里面可以放钱和其他物品（参袋、袋子、口袋、钱袋、钱囊 (bag, sack, money bag, purse)）。人们把腰带缠在腰间并打结固定。
