세마포
성경의 기물
세마포는 아마 줄기로 만든 질 좋은 옷감이다. 질기고 시원한 것으로 알려져 있었다.
쓰임
이스라엘의 아마는 대부분 애굽에서 들여왔으며 여러 가지 물건을 만드는 데 쓰였다. 성경에는 침상 덮개, 배의 돛, 제사장의 옷, 성막의 기물, 수의 등이 나온다. Plants and Trees in the Bible의 아마(아마포)도 보라.
