香壇
聖經中的器物
香壇是一個木製的桌櫃，全部用錘出來的金子包著。香壇比祭壇小，高約1米（40英吋），每邊長50厘米（20英吋）。根據 的描述，這個壇也有「翹角」（參祭壇的翹角 (horns of the altar)）。香壇放在帳幕和耶路撒冷聖殿的聖所內，祭司每日在香壇上燒香（參香、乳香 (incense, frankincense)）和祈禱。
