無酵餅
聖經中的器物
無酵餅是一種又薄又脆的餅，在麵團發酵前快速烘烤而成。

用途
以色列人匆忙離開埃及，麵團還沒來得及發起來就烤成了餅。這種餅成為他們蒙救贖脫離埃及奴役的象徵，也是慶祝這救贖的逾越節的一個特色。有些獻祭也會用到無酵餅。
