无酵饼

无酵饼是一种又薄又脆的饼，在面团发酵前快速烘烤而成。

用途
以色列人匆忙离开埃及，面团还没来得及发起来就烤成了饼。这种饼成为他们蒙救赎脱离埃及奴役的象征，也是庆祝这救赎的逾越节的一个特色。有些献祭也会用到无酵饼。
