祭坛的翘角
圣经中的器物
坛角是坛顶部四个拐角的突出部分，形状像祭牲的角。有些学者认为这些翘角代表祭牲，还有一些学者认为翘角最初是用来悬挂烹饪器具的。在以色列的律法中，坛角也是一个避难的地方，在那里，误杀人者可以免受被杀者亲人的报复。
