祭壇的翹角
聖經中的器物
壇角是壇頂部四個拐角的突出部分，形狀像祭牲的角。有些學者認為這些翹角代表祭牲，還有一些學者認為翹角最初是用來懸掛烹飪器具的。在以色列的律法中，壇角也是一個避難的地方，在那裡，誤殺人者可以免受被殺者親人的報復。
