장막

장막은 천이나 가죽 또는 둘 다로 만든 이동식 거처로, 장대로 세우고 말뚝에 맨 줄로 땅에 고정했다. 장막은 보통 염소 털로 짠 천으로 만들었다.

쓰임

장막은 유목민들이 늘 사는 거처였다. 또 전장의 군인들이나, 아마 한 영구적인 집에서 다른 집으로 옮겨 가는 사람들이 임시 거처로 쓰기도 했다.
