刺棒、尖頭棒

刺棒是一根棒子，有時帶一個金屬尖頭（darvan），用來驅趕役畜或綿羊等。刺棒必須足夠長，這樣人們從站立的地方就能戳到動物，因此通常為1—2米（3—6英呎）長。
用途
如果拉著車輛或其他東西的牲畜不肯出力，或是走錯方向，驅趕的人就可以用刺棒的尖端戳刺牲畜的臀部，疼痛會迫使牲畜更加賣力或改變方向。
