1萬軍之耶和華啊，你的居所何等可愛！2我羨慕渴想耶和華的院宇；我的心腸，我的肉體向永生神呼籲或譯：歡呼。3萬軍之耶和華─我的王，我的神啊，在你祭壇那裏，麻雀為自己找著房屋，燕子為自己找著菢雛之窩。4如此住在你殿中的便為有福！他們仍要讚美你。（細拉）
1How lovely are Your dwelling places,
LORD of armies! 2My soul longed and even yearned for the courtyards of the LORD;
My heart and my flesh sing for joy to the living God. 3The bird also has found a house,
And the swallow a nest for herself, where she may put her young:
Your altars, LORD of armies,
My King and my God. 4Blessed are those who dwell in Your house!
They are ever praising You.
Selah
LORD of armies! 2My soul longed and even yearned for the courtyards of the LORD;
My heart and my flesh sing for joy to the living God. 3The bird also has found a house,
And the swallow a nest for herself, where she may put her young:
Your altars, LORD of armies,
My King and my God. 4Blessed are those who dwell in Your house!

8耶和華─萬軍之神啊，求你聽我的禱告！雅各的神啊，求你留心聽！（細拉）9神啊，你是我們的盾牌；求你垂顧觀看你受膏者的面！10在你的院宇住一日，勝似在別處住千日；寧可在我神殿中看門，不願住在惡人的帳棚裏。11因為耶和華─神是日頭，是盾牌，要賜下恩惠和榮耀。他未嘗留下一樣好處不給那些行動正直的人。12萬軍之耶和華啊，倚靠你的人便為有福！
8LORD God of armies, hear my prayer;
Listen, God of Jacob!
Selah 9See our shield, God,
And look at the face of Your anointed. 10For a day in Your courtyards is better than a thousand elsewhere.
I would rather stand at the threshold of the house of my God
Than live in the tents of wickedness. 11For the LORD God is a sun and shield;
The LORD gives grace and glory;
He withholds no good thing from those who walk with integrity. 12LORD of armies,
Blessed is the person who trusts in You!
