1神啊，求你听我的呼求，侧耳听我的祷告！2我心里发昏的时候，我要从地极求告你。求你领我到那比我更高的磐石！3因为你作过我的避难所，作过我的坚固台，脱离仇敌。4我要永远住在你的帐幕里！我要投靠在你翅膀下的隐密处！（细拉）
1Hear my cry, God;
Give Your attention to my prayer. 2From the end of the earth I call to You when my heart is faint;
Lead me to the rock that is higher than I. 3For You have been a refuge for me,
A tower of strength against the enemy. 4Let me dwell in Your tent forever;
Let me take refuge in the shelter of Your wings.

You have given me the inheritance of those who fear Your name. 6You will prolong the king’s life;
