1Dengarkanlah kiranya seruanku, ya Allah, perhatikanlah doaku ! 2Dari ujung bumi aku berseru kepada-Mu, karena hatiku lemah lesu; tuntunlah aku ke gunung batu yang terlalu tinggi bagiku. 3Sungguh Engkau telah menjadi tempat perlindunganku, menara yang kuat terhadap musuh. 4Biarlah aku menumpang di dalam kemah-Mu untuk selama-lamanya, biarlah aku berlindung dalam naungan sayap-Mu ! 5Sungguh, Engkau, ya Allah, telah mendengarkan nazarku, telah memenuhi permintaan orang-orang yang takut akan nama-Mu. 6Tambahilah umur raja, tahun-tahun hidupnya kiranya sampai turun-temurun; 7kiranya ia bersemayam di hadapan Allah selama-lamanya, titahkanlah kasih setia dan kebenaran menjaga dia. 8Maka aku hendak memazmurkan nama-Mu untuk selamanya, sedang aku membayar nazarku hari demi hari.
