A Psalm of David. A Maskil.
1得赦免其过、遮盖其罪的，这人是有福的！2凡心里没有诡诈、耶和华不算为有罪的，这人是有福的！
1How blessed is he whose wrongdoing is forgiven,
Whose sin is covered! 2How blessed is a person whose guilt the LORD does not take into account,
And in whose spirit there is no deceit!

3我闭口不认罪的时候，因终日唉哼而骨头枯干。4黑夜白日，你的手在我身上沉重；我的精液耗尽，如同夏天的干旱。（细拉）5我向你陈明我的罪，不隐瞒我的恶。我说：我要向耶和华承认我的过犯，你就赦免我的罪恶。（细拉）6为此，凡虔诚人都当趁你可寻找的时候祷告你；大水泛溢的时候，必不能到他那里。7你是我藏身之处；你必保佑我脱离苦难，以得救的乐歌四面环绕我。（细拉）
3When I kept silent about my sin, my body wasted away
Through my groaning all day long. 4For day and night Your hand was heavy upon me;
My vitality failed as with the dry heat of summer.
Selah 5I acknowledged my sin to You,
And I did not hide my guilt;
I said, “I will confess my wrongdoings to the LORD”;
And You forgave the guilt of my sin.
Selah 6Therefore, let everyone who is godly pray to You in a time when You may be found;
Certainly in a flood of great waters, they will not reach him. 7You are my hiding place; You keep me from trouble;
You surround me with songs of deliverance.

8我要教导你，指示你当行的路；我要定睛在你身上劝戒你。9你不可像那无知的骡马，必用嚼环辔头勒住它；不然，就不能驯服。10恶人必多受苦楚；惟独倚靠耶和华的必有慈爱四面环绕他。11你们义人应当靠耶和华欢喜快乐；你们心里正直的人都当欢呼。
8I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go;
I will advise you with My eye upon you. 9Do not be like the horse or like the mule, which have no understanding,
Whose trappings include bit and bridle to hold them in check,
Otherwise they will not come near to you. 10The sorrows of the wicked are many,
But the one who trusts in the LORD, goodness will surround him. 11Be glad in the LORD and rejoice, you righteous ones;
And shout for joy, all you who are upright in heart.
