1Kepada TUHAN, hai penghuni sorgawi, kepada TUHAN sajalah kemuliaan dan kekuatan ! 2Berilah kepada TUHAN kemuliaan nama-Nya, sujudlah kepada TUHAN dengan berhiaskan kekudusan !
1Ascribe to the LORD, sons of the mighty,
Ascribe to the LORD glory and strength. 2Ascribe to the LORD the glory due His name;
Worship the LORD in holy attire.

3Suara TUHAN di atas air, Allah yang mulia mengguntur, TUHAN di atas air yang besar. 4Suara TUHAN penuh kekuatan, suara TUHAN penuh semarak. 5Suara TUHAN mematahkan pohon aras, bahkan, TUHAN menumbangkan pohon aras Libanon. 6Ia membuat gunung Libanon melompat-lompat seperti anak lembu, dan gunung Siryon seperti anak banteng. 7Suara TUHAN menyemburkan nyala api. 8Suara TUHAN membuat padang gurun gemetar, TUHAN membuat padang gurun Kadesh gemetar. 9Suara TUHAN membuat beranak rusa betina yang mengandung, bahkan, hutan digundulinya; dan di dalam bait-Nya setiap orang berseru: "Hormat !"
3The voice of the LORD is on the waters;
The God of glory thunders,
The LORD is over many waters. 4The voice of the LORD is powerful,
The voice of the LORD is majestic. 5The voice of the LORD breaks the cedars;
Yes, the LORD breaks the cedars of Lebanon in pieces. 6He makes Lebanon skip like a calf,
And Sirion like a young wild ox. 7The voice of the LORD divides flames of fire. 8The voice of the LORD shakes the wilderness;
The LORD shakes the wilderness of Kadesh. 9The voice of the LORD makes the deer give birth
And strips the forests bare;
And in His temple everything says, “Glory!”

10TUHAN bersemayam di atas air bah, TUHAN bersemayam sebagai Raja untuk selama-lamanya. 11TUHAN kiranya memberikan kekuatan kepada umat-Nya, TUHAN kiranya memberkati umat-Nya dengan sejahtera !
