Prayer of an Afflicted Man for Mercy on Himself and on Zion.
困苦人发昏的时候，在耶和华面前吐露苦情的祷告。
A Prayer of the afflicted when he is weak and pours out his complaint before the LORD.
1耶和华啊，求你听我的祷告，容我的呼求达到你面前！2我在急难的日子，求你向我侧耳；不要向我掩面！我呼求的日子，求你快快应允我！3因为，我的年日如烟云消灭；我的骨头如火把烧着。4我的心被伤，如草枯干，甚至我忘记吃饭。5因我唉哼的声音，我的肉紧贴骨头。6我如同旷野的鹈鹕；我好像荒场的鸮鸟。7我警醒不睡；我像房顶上孤单的麻雀。
1Hear my prayer, LORD!
And let my cry for help come to You. 2Do not hide Your face from me on the day of my distress;
Incline Your ear to me;
On the day when I call answer me quickly. 3For my days have ended in smoke,
And my bones have been scorched like a hearth. 4My heart has been struck like grass and has withered,
Indeed, I forget to eat my bread. 5Because of the loudness of my groaning
My bones cling to my flesh. 6I resemble a pelican of the wilderness;
I have become like an owl of the ruins. 7I lie awake,
I have become like a solitary bird on a housetop.
And let my cry for help come to You. 2Do not hide Your face from me on the day of my distress;
Incline Your ear to me;

8My enemies have taunted me all day long;
Those who deride me have used my name as a curse. 9For I have eaten ashes like bread,
And mixed my drink with weeping 10Because of Your indignation and Your wrath;
For You have lifted me up and thrown me away. 11My days are like a lengthened shadow,
And I wither away like grass.

12惟你—耶和华必存到永远；你可记念的名也存到万代。13你必起来怜恤锡安，因现在是可怜她的时候，日期已经到了。14你的仆人原来喜悦她的石头，可怜她的尘土。15列国要敬畏耶和华的名；世上诸王都敬畏你的荣耀。16因为耶和华建造了锡安，在他荣耀里显现。17他垂听穷人的祷告，并不藐视他们的祈求。
12But You, LORD, remain forever,
And Your name remains to all generations. 13You will arise and have compassion on Zion;
For it is time to be gracious to her,
For the appointed time has come. 14Surely Your servants take pleasure in her stones,
And feel pity for her dust. 15So the nations will fear the name of the LORD,
And all the kings of the earth, Your glory. 16For the LORD has built up Zion;
He has appeared in His glory. 17He has turned His attention to the prayer of the destitute
And has not despised their prayer.
And Your name remains to all generations. 13You will arise and have compassion on Zion;
For it is time to be gracious to her,

18这必为后代的人记下，将来受造的民要赞美耶和华。19因为，他从至高的圣所垂看；耶和华从天向地观察，20要垂听被囚之人的叹息，要释放将要死的人，21使人在锡安传扬耶和华的名，在耶路撒冷传扬赞美他的话，22就是在万民和列国聚会事奉耶和华的时候。
18This will be written for the generation to come,
That a people yet to be created may praise the LORD: 19For He looked down from His holy height;
From heaven the LORD looked upon the earth, 20To hear the groaning of the prisoner,
To set free those who were doomed to death, 21So that people may tell of the name of the LORD in Zion,
And His praise in Jerusalem, 22When the peoples are gathered together,
And the kingdoms, to serve the LORD.
That a people yet to be created may praise the LORD: 19For He looked down from His holy height;

23他使我的力量中道衰弱，使我的年日短少。24我说：我的神啊，不要使我中年去世。你的年数世世无穷！25你起初立了地的根基；天也是你手所造的。26天地都要灭没，你却要长存；天地都要如外衣渐渐旧了。你要将天地如里衣更换，天地就都改变了。27惟有你永不改变；你的年数没有穷尽。28你仆人的子孙要长存；他们的后裔要坚立在你面前。
23He has broken my strength in the way;
He has shortened my days. 24I say, “My God, do not take me away in the middle of my days,
Your years are throughout all generations. 25“In time of old You founded the earth,
And the heavens are the work of Your hands. 26“Even they will perish, but You endure;
All of them will wear out like a garment;
Like clothing You will change them and they will pass away. 27“But You are the same,
And Your years will not come to an end. 28“The children of Your servants will continue,
And their descendants will be established before You.”
