Job Says What Can I Say?
1耶和华又对约伯说：2强辩的岂可与全能者争论吗？与神辩驳的可以回答这些吧！
1Then the LORD said to Job, 2“Will the faultfinder contend with the Almighty?
Let him who rebukes God give an answer.”

3于是，约伯回答耶和华说：4我是卑贱的！我用什么回答你呢？只好用手捂口。5我说了一次，再不回答；说了两次，就不再说。
3Then Job answered the LORD and said, 4“Behold, I am insignificant; what can I say in response to You?
I put my hand on my mouth. 5“I have spoken once, and I will not reply;

God Questions Job
6于是，耶和华从旋风中回答约伯说：7你要如勇士束腰；我问你，你可以指示我。8你岂可废弃我所拟定的？岂可定我有罪，好显自己为义吗？9你有神那样的膀臂吗？你能像他发雷声吗？
6Then the LORD answered Job from the whirlwind and said, 7“Now tighten the belt on your waist like a man;
I will ask you, and you instruct Me. 8“Will you really nullify My judgment?
Will you condemn Me so that you may be justified? 9“Or do you have an arm like God,
And can you thunder with a voice like His?

10你要以荣耀庄严为妆饰，以尊荣威严为衣服；11要发出你满溢的怒气，见一切骄傲的人，使他降卑；12见一切骄傲的人，将他制伏，把恶人践踏在本处；13将他们一同隐藏在尘土中，把他们的脸蒙蔽在隐密处；14我就认你右手能以救自己。

And clothe yourself with honor and majesty. 11“Let out your outbursts of anger,
And look at everyone who is arrogant, and humble him. 12“Look at everyone who is arrogant, and humble him,
And trample down the wicked where they stand. 13“Hide them together in the dust;
Imprison them in the hidden place. 14“Then I will also confess to you,
That your own right hand can save you.

The tendons of his thighs are knit together. 18“His bones are tubes of bronze;
His limbs are like bars of iron.

Let his Maker bring His sword near. 20“Indeed the mountains bring him food,
And all the animals of the field play there. 21“He lies down under the lotus plants,
In the hiding place of the reeds and the marsh. 22“The lotus plants cover him with shade;
The willows of the brook surround him. 23“If a river rages, he is not alarmed;
He is confident, though the Jordan rushes to his mouth. 24“Can anyone capture him when he is on watch,
Can anyone pierce his nose with barbs?
