Hosea’s Redemption of Gomer
1耶和华对我说：「你再去爱一个淫妇，就是她情人所爱的；好像以色列人，虽然偏向别神，喜爱葡萄饼，耶和华还是爱他们。」2我便用银子十五舍客勒，大麦一贺梅珥半，买她归我。3我对她说：「你当多日为我独居，不可行淫，不可归别人为妻，我向你也必这样。」4以色列人也必多日独居，无君王，无首领，无祭祀，无柱像，无以弗得，无家中的神像。5后来以色列人必归回或译：回心转意，寻求他们的神—耶和华和他们的王大卫。在末后的日子，必以敬畏的心归向耶和华，领受他的恩惠。
1Then the LORD said to me, “Go again, love a woman who is loved by her husband, yet is committing adultery, as the LORD loves the sons of Israel, though they turn to other gods and love raisin cakes.” 2So I purchased her for myself for fifteen shekels of silver, and a homer and a lethech of barley. 3Then I said to her, “You shall live with me for many days. You shall not play the prostitute, nor shall you have another man; so I will also be toward you.” 4For the sons of Israel will live for many days without a king or leader, without sacrifice or memorial stone, and without ephod or household idols. 5Afterward the sons of Israel will return and seek the LORD their God and David their king; and they will come trembling to the LORD and to His goodness in the last days.
