1你们该效法我，像我效法基督一样。
1Be imitators of me, just as I also am of Christ.
2我称赞你们，因你们凡事记念我，又坚守我所传给你们的。3我愿意你们知道，基督是各人的头；男人是女人的头；神是基督的头。4凡男人祷告或是讲道或译：说预言；下同，若蒙着头，就羞辱自己的头。5凡女人祷告或是讲道，若不蒙着头，就羞辱自己的头，因为这就如同剃了头发一样。6女人若不蒙着头，就该剪了头发；女人若以剪发、剃发为羞愧，就该蒙着头。7男人本不该蒙着头，因为他是神的形象和荣耀；但女人是男人的荣耀。8起初，男人不是由女人而出，女人乃是由男人而出；9并且男人不是为女人造的，女人乃是为男人造的。10因此，女人为天使的缘故，应当在头上有服权柄的记号。11然而照主的安排，女也不是无男，男也不是无女。12因为女人原是由男人而出，男人也是由女人而出；但万有都是出乎神。13你们自己审察，女人祷告神，不蒙着头是合宜的吗？14你们的本性不也指示你们，男人若有长头发，便是他的羞辱吗？15但女人有长头发，乃是她的荣耀，因为这头发是给她作盖头的。16若有人想要辩驳，我们却没有这样的规矩，神的众教会也是没有的。
2Now I praise you because you remember me in everything and hold firmly to the traditions, just as I handed them down to you. 3But I want you to understand that Christ is the head of every man, and the man is the head of a woman, and God is the head of Christ. 4Every man who has something on his head while praying or prophesying disgraces his head. 5But every woman who has her head uncovered while praying or prophesying disgraces her head, for it is one and the same as the woman whose head is shaved. 6For if a woman does not cover her head, have her also cut her hair off; however, if it is disgraceful for a woman to have her hair cut off or her head shaved, have her cover her head. 7For a man should not have his head covered, since he is the image and glory of God; but the woman is the glory of man. 8For man does not originate from woman, but woman from man; 9for indeed man was not created for the woman’s sake, but woman for the man’s sake. 10Therefore the woman should have a symbol of authority on her head, because of the angels. 11However, in the Lord, neither is woman independent of man, nor is man independent of woman. 12For as the woman originated from the man, so also the man has his birth through the woman; and all things originate from God. 13Judge for yourselves: is it proper for a woman to pray to God with her head uncovered? 14Does even nature itself not teach you that if a man has long hair, it is a dishonor to him, 15but if a woman has long hair, it is a glory to her? For her hair is given to her as a covering. 16But if anyone is inclined to be contentious, we have no such practice, nor have the churches of God.
17我现今吩咐你们的话，不是称赞你们；因为你们聚会不是受益，乃是招损。18第一，我听说，你们聚会的时候彼此分门别类，我也稍微地信这话。19在你们中间不免有分门结党的事，好叫那些有经验的人显明出来。20你们聚会的时候，算不得吃主的晚餐；21因为吃的时候，各人先吃自己的饭，甚至这个饥饿，那个酒醉。22你们要吃喝，难道没有家吗？还是藐视神的教会，叫那没有的羞愧呢？我向你们可怎么说呢？可因此称赞你们吗？我不称赞！
17Now in giving this next instruction I do not praise you, because you come together not for the better, but for the worse. 18For, in the first place, when you come together as a church, I hear that divisions exist among you; and in part I believe it. 19For there also have to be factions among you, so that those who are approved may become evident among you. 20Therefore when you come together it is not to eat the Lord’s Supper, 21for when you eat, each one takes his own supper first; and one goes hungry while another gets drunk. 22What! Do you not have houses in which to eat and drink? Or do you despise the church of God and shame those who have nothing? What am I to say to you? Shall I praise you? In this I do not praise you.
The Lord’s Supper
23我当日传给你们的，原是从主领受的，就是主耶稣被卖的那一夜，拿起饼来，24祝谢了，就擘开，说：「这是我的身体，为你们舍有古卷：擘开的，你们应当如此行，为的是记念我。」25饭后，也照样拿起杯来，说：「这杯是用我的血所立的新约，你们每逢喝的时候，要如此行，为的是记念我。」26你们每逢吃这饼，喝这杯，是表明主的死，直等到他来。
23For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus, on the night when He was betrayed, took bread; 24and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “This is My body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” 25In the same way He also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood; do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.” 26For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes.
27所以，无论何人，不按理吃主的饼，喝主的杯，就是干犯主的身、主的血了。28人应当自己省察，然后吃这饼、喝这杯。29因为人吃喝，若不分辨是主的身体，就是吃喝自己的罪了。30因此，在你们中间有好些软弱的与患病的，死原文是睡的也不少。31我们若是先分辨自己，就不至于受审。32我们受审的时候，乃是被主惩治，免得我们和世人一同定罪。
27Therefore whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy way, shall be guilty of the body and the blood of the Lord. 28But a person must examine himself, and in so doing he is to eat of the bread and drink of the cup. 29For the one who eats and drinks, eats and drinks judgment to himself if he does not properly recognize the body. 30For this reason many among you are weak and sick, and a number are asleep. 31But if we judged ourselves rightly, we would not be judged. 32But when we are judged, we are disciplined by the Lord so that we will not be condemned along with the world.
33所以我弟兄们，你们聚会吃的时候，要彼此等待。34若有人饥饿，可以在家里先吃，免得你们聚会，自己取罪。其余的事，我来的时候再安排。
33So then, my brothers and sisters, when you come together to eat, wait for one another. 34If anyone is hungry, have him eat at home, so that you do not come together for judgment. As to the remaining matters, I will give instructions when I come.
