proper name, of a location of valley south of Jerusalem, (ᵐ5 φάραγγα Ὀνομ Jos 15:8 (twice in verse) Σονναμ Jos 18:16; Ταιεννα Jos 18:16; Ταιβενθομ2Ch 28:3, ᵐ5L φάρ. Βενεννομ; γὲ βανὲ Ἑννομ) 2Ch 33:6, ᵐ5L γῇ Βενεννομ; elsewhere usually φάρ.
