床柱
聖經中的器物
架高床的躺臥面是由四角的床腿或柱子來支撐的。有時，這些柱子會延伸到床上方大約一個人站立的高度。有一塊薄布鋪在柱頂並垂到地上，這樣就把整個床包圍起來，可以防止蚊蟲襲擾裡面的人（參罩篷、蚊帳 (canopy, mosquito net)）。
