床柱
圣经中的器物
架高床的躺卧面是由四角的床腿或柱子来支撑的。有时，这些柱子会延伸到床上方大约一个人站立的高度。有一块薄布铺在柱顶并垂到地上，这样就把整个床包围起来，可以防止蚊虫袭扰里面的人（参罩篷、蚊帐 (canopy, mosquito net)）。
