사닥다리
성경의 기물
사닥다리는 공격하는 군대가 성읍의 성벽이나 방어 시설을 기어오를 때 쓰는 기구였다. 나무로 만들었으며, 긴 장대 두 개를 나란히 놓고 그 사이에 가로대를 여럿 대어 밧줄로 장대에 묶어 이은 것이었다. 군인들(또는 적에게서 사로잡은 포로들)이 이것을 날라 성벽에 기대어 놓고, 그것을 타고 올라가 성 안으로 들어갔다.
